Q: What is Kershaw’s return policy?
A: 30-day return policy if the product is in original packaging and in saleable condition
*Items can be returned after 30 days with a restocking fee.
*Defective products can be returned within six months.

Q: Do I need an account to order online?
A: You do not – you can order as a guest user. If you have an account but not a user ID and password, give us a call, and we can set you up for online ordering.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: If the item is in stock, it will be delivered the next business day.
*We do not make next-day deliveries on Monday.

Q: How can I tell if you have something in stock?
A: When you place an online order. Above the add to cart button, you will see one of the following messages:

*This includes our warehouse stock in Spokane as well as in Seattle.

Not in stock for next-day delivery. Check with us for options.
*This item could be due in soon or in our Sacramento warehouse, so give us a call in a rush.

Q: Do you offer space planning and design work for furniture installations? How much is it?
A: Yes, we do. A project management fee may apply to large quotes.

Q: Do you offer custom items like printing or promotional products?
A: We offer custom printing from menus to business cards, custom stamps, nameplates, and a wide variety of custom promotional products. Just call us, and we can help you order any of those items.

Q: What’s a Keep Fill Program?
A: A Kershaw’s team member works with you to set minimums and maximums for your supply room/cabinet and set up a schedule that works for refilling the space. Our team member will check the order list with your current inventory and will return the next day to replenish.

Q: Does Kershaw’s purchase items not found on the online shopping site or catalog?
A: We sure do! Give us a call today with your request.

Q: Does Kershaw’s purchase used furniture?
A: We do not. We have limited used furniture that we couldn’t return to vendors, but we mostly sell new furniture.

Q: Does Kershaw’s have chairs or electric desks to look at?
A: We do! We have two floors of showroom furniture for you to look at and test out!

Q: Does Kershaw’s have same-day pick-up or delivery?
A: If an item is in stock in our warehouse, you can pick it up the same day. Call to confirm.
